CueSportAi POS, in more detail

Built for venues where people stay a while and run up a tab. It runs on the tablets you already have, or ones we supply.

Tabs and the floor planOpen a tab by name, seat or table. Move, split and merge tabs, and see the whole room at a glance.
Card and cashCard payments through Square card readers, tips, split payments, refunds, a cash drawer that opens on cash sales, and cash-up at the end of a shift.
Order from the tableEach table gets a QR code. Guests see the menu with photos and today's prices, and their order goes straight onto the table's tab and to the kitchen.
Kitchen and barOrders print in the kitchen or bar, or show on a kitchen screen with timers, Done and Recall. Voided items print a void ticket.
Menu controlOptions and modifiers, happy-hour prices, gift cards, and items that go out of stock on their own when you run out.
StockSales take stock down as they're rung up. Record deliveries, counts and waste, see stock value and what went missing between counts.
StaffEach staff member has a PIN, clocks in and out, and only sees what their role allows. Manager PIN for voids and discounts.
Timed tables and roomsCharge by the hour for pool tables, darts or karaoke rooms, with the table light switching on and off with the timer.
Keeps working offlineIf the internet goes down, keep ringing up and taking cash. Everything syncs when it comes back.
ReportsDaily takings, best sellers, staff sales, voids and discounts, table hours, with CSV exports for your accountant.
Wait listTake names for a table, and see who's next and how long they've waited.
Your staff's languageThe POS works in English, Chinese, French and Polish, chosen per tablet.
